FAQ
We are a foreign company with an office in Zagreb. How does this work?+
The same way it works for a Croatian client, in English. You get a named contact, we come to your office, and you receive an invoice from a Croatian limited company with an EU VAT ID.
Do you work outside Zagreb?+
Yes. We cover Zagreb and the surrounding area, and for locations further out we agree the terms in advance.
Can several locations sit under one contract?+
Yes, that is what Package XL is for. Terms are agreed per location, because a branch with three laptops and a branch with a server room are not the same job.
Do you guarantee the work?+
Twelve months on work carried out. Equipment carries whatever warranty its manufacturer gives.
How does billing work?+
On-call work is billed per call-out and per hour. A maintenance package is a fixed monthly fee that includes monitoring and a lower hourly rate for anything beyond it. Both arrive as a regular EU invoice.
