We have no office in Croatia. Can you still help?+
For software development, yes. That work is remote and the timezone does most of the heavy lifting. On-site IT support only makes sense if you have people or hardware in Zagreb or nearby.
What languages do you work in?+
English and Croatian. Documentation, tickets and calls in English, and Croatian towards local suppliers and authorities when that speeds things up.
How does invoicing work?+
CAUTUS SISTEMI d.o.o. is a Croatian limited company with an EU VAT ID, so you get a regular EU invoice. For companies registered for VAT in another member state the reverse charge applies.
How soon do we get a quote?+
For smaller projects we send an analysis and a quote within a few days. For larger and more complex work we agree the scope of that analysis with you first.
